Death on the Tracks

Warren Mako shares the story of his tragic loss on July 3, 2006. His wife, teenage daughter, and two of their friends were killed when their car was struck by a train at a railroad crossing in Castle Rock, Washington.

Unfortunately, deadly train accidents are more common than you might think. We investigate train safety in Washington and discover why some simple lifesaving measures are not being put into place.
